Mariusz Wronowski - creative director
Architect and urbanist, gained experience working in Konior Studio. He started working with BBGK Architekci in 2014. He has worked on, among others, Mennica Residence at Grzybowska street, Targowek Przemyslowy Masterplan, Young City Masterplan on the shipyard area in Gdansk.
Marta Wereszczyńska - managing director
Economist, top-level manager - has 12 years of experience as Managing Director and President of the Board.
Jakub Heciak - partner
IARP architect, town planner and university teacher. In the BBGK Architekci studio since 2019, co-author of two projects under the special housing act. Jakub conducts research (NCBiR grant) and didactic activity alongside his professional work, and his main area of interest is urban planning and social housing. In 2015, he defended his doctoral dissertation at WA PK on the quality of the housing environment in social housing, and then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at ETH Zurich.
Bartosz Świniarski - project director
IARP architect, urban planner and academic teacher. He has been with BBGK Architects since 2019. During this time, he was a co-author of most of the masterplans and conceptual designs in the studio. During 17 years of professional practice, he gained experience first at ARE Architects, where he was a co-author of the winning concept of the Airport Terminal in Lublin Świdnik, and later at Kuryłowicz & Associates, where he was responsible for the design of the Henryk Arctowski Polish Antarctic Station, and many other projects of varying scale and function. In 2013 and 2014 he completed design internships at Tredje Natur in Copenhagen, where he dealt with masterplanning in the context of climate adaptation, and at 10 Design in Edinburgh and Hong Kong, where he developed knowledge of design methods and techniques to reduce the environmental impact of large-scale urban complexes and buildings. Since 2017, she has been teaching design at the first year of English-language studies at WAPW, and since 2022 as part of his doctoral studies, he is working on her doctoral dissertation in the area of secondary use of building resources - design of adaptable buildings and adaptation of buildings to other functions.
