Wola district is experiencing a great urban transformation. The task of the project was to create a building with reference to the context that will either disappear or it has not been created yet. Mennica is also a project with which huge challenges have been associated from the beginning, such as the extremely high intensity of the plan.
The completed first stage of the Mennica Residence investment is part of a larger urban plan. The joint axis of the three building quarters is the open passage connecting the described investment, the office and hotel building of the Mennica Legacy Tower and the former Norblin Factory. This pedestrian route will be an attractive public space for both residents of MR and other users of this part of the city.
