The new Town Hall building arises in Konstancin- Jeziorna north suburbs chaotic area. It is situated far from the most attractive southern part of the city. Public building that important gives opportunity to change Konstancin geography with this location. Town Hall building stands out from the surrounding on purpose. It is to initiate the creation of spatial planning while at the same time exposing the order inside the office. A brick with a characteristic rhombic relief was used in the building although Konstancin- Jeziorna is associated with wooden graduation tower. Ceramic was the material used for municipal administration buildings. The geometric detail was inspired by the Masovian details of ventilation of farm buildings. Thanks to this combination, architecture is part of the regional landscape.
